Terms of Service

MyTestPro (mytestpro.com) Effective date: November 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyTestPro website, tests, reports, add-ons and related services (the "Service"), operated by MYTESTPRO LLC ("MyTestPro", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is — and what it is not

MyTestPro provides self-knowledge tests grounded in published psychological frameworks, together with computed scores, personal reports written by AI from your answers, and, for some tests, an optional extended personal guide (the "Deep Dive").

The Service is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Our assessments measure patterns, not disorders. If you are in distress or believe you may need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or an emergency service in your area.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

Your account is created automatically when you make your first purchase, using the email address you gave us. We then email you your login details: your email address and a generated password. We recommend changing this password after your first login. You can also log in with a one-time code sent to your email. Your reports are saved in your account. You are responsible for keeping your email and password secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Purchases

• Reports, all access and Deep Dive are one-time payments. They never renew, never expire, and there is nothing to cancel. The subscriptions we sell are MyTestPro Full Access and MyTestPro Plus (below).
• Report ($1.99). After you finish a test, you can buy the full report for that test.
• All access ($9.99). Right after you buy a report, we may offer all access as a one-time purchase. It unlocks the full report for every test on MyTestPro. It does not include Deep Dive add-ons.
• Deep Dive ($2.99). For selected tests, we may offer a one-time Deep Dive for that test: an extended personal guide based on your result, added to that test's report page.
• Your card. The card or wallet you pay with is kept by our payment provider, Stripe, so that an offer shown right after a purchase can be bought in one tap. It is charged only when you choose to buy, never automatically and never on a schedule, except for a subscription you start (below).
• You can pay by card, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device and browser support them.
• Current products and prices are displayed at checkout. Prices may change, but a change never affects access you have already purchased.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
• Purchased access is delivered digitally and immediately to your account.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

MyTestPro Full Access (subscription)

• What it is. Our statistical tests (Where Do You Stand?, Will You Find Your Person?, Will You Live to 80?) end with a paid result. You pay $2.99 today for your full result, your shareable card and 7 days of MyTestPro Full Access: the full report of every test on MyTestPro, the results of these statistical tests, and new tests of this kind as we add them.
• Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel within 7 days, your subscription renews automatically at $19.99 per month, in US dollars, and then every month until you cancel. Your card or wallet is saved with our payment provider, Stripe, for these charges. By paying you authorize these recurring charges to your payment method. Taxes may apply where required.
• Reminder. We email you 3 days before your trial ends, with the date, the amount and a one-click link to cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime: from your account (Your subscription → Manage or cancel) or with the link in our emails. Cancelling stops the next renewal; full access stays active until the end of the 7 days or of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Your results stay in your account.
• Price changes. If the monthly price changes, we tell you by email before your next renewal; the new price applies from that renewal, and you can cancel before it.
• Failed payments. If a renewal can't be charged, we email you to update your card; full access may end if the payment stays unpaid.
• Deleting your account cancels the subscription at once, before anything is deleted.
• Statistical estimates. These results are statistical estimates built from public data and published research. They are not predictions about you as an individual, and the health test is not medical advice or a diagnosis.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

MyTestPro Plus (subscription)

• What it is. Where offered, MyTestPro Plus is a subscription to the Social Intelligence features in the MyTestPro app: the full read of you and the people you describe, for any number of people, in love, family and work.
• Paid trial. Plus starts with a paid trial: you pay $1.99 once for 5 days of Plus. Your card or wallet is saved with our payment provider, Stripe, for the renewal described below.
• Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before the 5 days end, your subscription renews automatically at $14.99 per month, in US dollars, and then every month until you cancel. By starting the trial you authorize these recurring charges to your payment method. Taxes may apply where required.
• Reminder. We email you 24 hours before your trial renews, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime in two taps: from your account (Settings → Manage subscription, or the link in our emails) or in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays active until the end of the trial or of the month you have paid for, and is not charged again.
• Price changes. If the monthly price changes, we tell you by email before your next renewal; the new price applies from that renewal, and you can cancel before it.
• Failed payments. If a renewal can't be charged, we email you to update your card; Plus may end if the payment stays unpaid.
• Deleting your account cancels Plus at once, before anything is deleted.
• Refunds for Plus are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Service and the content generated for you (scores, reports, Deep Dive guides). You may share your own results privately or via features we provide.

You agree not to: resell or redistribute tests or reports; copy questions or scoring logic; scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service; use the Service to build a competing product; submit answers on behalf of another person without their consent; or use the Service unlawfully.

6. Your answers and generated content

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us the license needed to process your answers to operate the Service — computing your scores, writing your reports and Deep Dive guides (including through third-party AI providers acting as our processors), and improving the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. Reports are generated individually for you; we do not publish them.

All other content of the Service — questions, software, design, text, and branding — belongs to MyTestPro or its licensors.

7. Accuracy and results

Assessments are built on published research frameworks, but self-report instruments have inherent limits. Your results depend on your answers. We make no promise that any report, score, or guide will produce a particular outcome in your life.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTestPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. Lawful purchases remain accessible for the life of the Service unless your access is terminated for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice (e.g., by email or in-product). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
