These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyTestPro website, assessments, readings, plans and related services (the "Service"), operated by MYTESTPRO LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA ("MyTestPro", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is — and what it is not

MyTestPro provides self-knowledge assessments grounded in published psychological frameworks, together with computed scores, AI-composed personal readings, and growth plans.

The Service is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Our assessments measure patterns, not disorders. If you are in distress or believe you may need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or an emergency service in your area.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

Accounts are created and accessed with your email address using one-time codes; there are no passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Purchases

• All paid access is sold as a one-time payment. We do not sell subscriptions, and nothing on the Service auto-renews. There are no trials that convert into charges.
• Current products and prices are displayed at checkout (typically: access to a single life sphere, or lifetime access to all assessments). Prices may change, but a change never affects access you have already purchased.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
• Purchased access is delivered digitally and immediately to your account.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Service and the content generated for you (scores, readings, plans). You may share your own results privately or via features we provide.

You agree not to: resell or redistribute assessments or readings; copy questions or scoring logic; scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service; use the Service to build a competing product; submit answers on behalf of another person without their consent; or use the Service unlawfully.

6. Your answers and generated content

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us the license needed to process your answers to operate the Service — computing your scores, composing your readings and plans (including through third-party AI providers acting as our processors), and improving the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. Readings are generated individually for you; we do not publish them.

All other content of the Service — questions, software, design, text, and branding — belongs to MyTestPro or its licensors.

7. Accuracy and results

Assessments are built on published research frameworks, but self-report instruments have inherent limits. Your results depend on your answers. We make no promise that any reading, score, or plan will produce a particular outcome in your life.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTestPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. Lawful purchases remain accessible for the life of the Service unless your access is terminated for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice (e.g., by email or in-product). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
