Privacy Policy

MyTestPro (mytestpro.com) Effective date: November 5, 2026

This policy explains what data MYTESTPRO LLC ("MyTestPro", "we") collects when you use our self-knowledge platform, why, and what rights you have. The short version: your answers exist to compute your results and write your readings — nothing else. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

1. Data we collect

Account data: email address, name, interface language.

Your account and login details: when you make your first purchase, we create an account for the email address you gave us and email you your login details: your email address and a generated password. We recommend changing this password after your first login. You can also log in with a one-time code sent to your email. Your reports are kept in your account.

Profile data you choose to provide: gender and age range (used to calibrate the voice of your readings and for aggregate analytics).

Assessment data: your answers, computed dimension and sphere scores, result types, and the readings and plans generated for you. We treat this as sensitive personal data and process it only with your consent, which you give by taking an assessment.

Statistical tests: Where Do You Stand?, Will You Find Your Person? and Will You Live to 80? ask about your age, country, income, education, relationships and habits; Will You Find Your Person? asks who you are looking for, and Will You Live to 80? asks about your health, your diagnoses and your family's health history. We store these answers with your test session to calculate your result and keep it in your account. They are used only for that. They are never sent to our analytics or session-replay providers (we record only which screen you reached), never used for advertising and never shared. Your shareable card shows only what is on it, and only if you choose to share it; it never shows your email or your exact date of birth. You can ask us to delete these answers at any time.

Answers about health and childhood: the ADHD test asks about symptoms, and the Childhood Experiences test asks about difficult and supportive experiences before age 18. Before either test starts, we ask you to agree that your answers are processed to create your report, and we record that you agreed and when. These answers are used only to score your result and write your report, including by our AI provider for that purpose. They are never sent to our analytics or session-replay providers, never used for advertising and never shared. Every question in the Childhood Experiences test can be skipped, and you can ask us to delete these answers at any time.

Purchase data: what you bought, when, and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never receive or store your full card number.

Technical & usage data: device and browser type, approximate region, pages and funnel steps viewed, and product events (e.g., "assessment completed"), collected via our analytics providers to fix problems and improve the Service.

2. Why we process it (and legal bases)

• To provide the Service — run assessments, compute scores, generate your readings and plans, maintain your account and purchases (performance of contract).
• To generate readings, your answers and scores are processed by our AI provider acting under contract as our processor (consent; contract). AI transparency: your personal readings are composed by an AI model from your answers; they are generated individually and are not reviewed by humans by default.
• To send transactional email — login details, sign-in codes, receipts, important service notices (contract; legitimate interest).
• When you leave your email on a test, to email you about your result and suggest other tests: at most 10 emails within 14 days of the first one and at most one a day, then we stop unless you take another test (legitimate interest). Every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops them all.
• To understand and improve the product through analytics (legitimate interest), and to compute anonymous, aggregated statistics (e.g., percentile comparisons shown in-product) that never identify you.
• To comply with law, prevent fraud and abuse (legal obligation; legitimate interest).

3. Who we share data with

Only service providers under data-processing agreements, strictly to run MyTestPro:

• PostHog: product analytics (pages and steps viewed, product events).
• Microsoft Clarity: session analytics (how pages are used). It is not loaded on private pages such as your reports and your account.
• Resend: sending our email (login details, sign-in codes, receipts, emails about your results and other tests).
• Stripe: payments. Your card details go to Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
• Anthropic: writes your AI report from your test answers and scores.
• Supabase: our database and accounts, including sign-in.
• Vercel: hosting of the website.

YouTube. MyTestPro uses YouTube API Services to publish our own videos to our own YouTube channel. We do not access, collect or store data of YouTube users. YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We may disclose data if required by law. We never sell or rent personal data, and we never share your answers or readings for advertising.

4. International transfers

We are a US-based company; data is processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required (e.g., for EEA/UK users), transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Account, assessment, and purchase data are kept while your account exists, and purchase records as required by tax and accounting law. If you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including GDPR and CCPA rights), you may: access a copy of your data; correct it; delete your account and data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; port your data; and complain to your supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email us — we respond within the legally required timeframe. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

7. Children

The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies/storage (sign-in session, saving your quiz progress) and first-party analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by row-level security and least-privilege access, and you can sign in with your password or a one-time email code. Because your first password is sent by email, we recommend changing it after your first login. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your answers with the care that this kind of data deserves.
