Is it really one-time?
Yes. Every purchase is a one-time payment, and what you buy stays in your account. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Do I need a card to take a test?
No. You can take any test without a payment method. You pay only if you want the full report.
What does all access include?
The full report for every test on MyTestPro, for a one-time $9.99. It is offered right after you buy a report and, if you accept, is charged to the card you just used. Deep Dive add-ons are not included.
What is a Deep Dive?
An optional one-time add-on for a single test, $7.99: an extended personal guide based on your result, added to that test's report page. It is available on selected tests.
Where are my reports kept?
In your account. We create it automatically after your first purchase, using the email you gave us, and email you your login details. You can also log in with a one-time code sent to your email.
How can I pay?
By card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device and browser support them. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a technical problem, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right. Because reports are personalized digital content delivered immediately, we don't refund for change of mind or disagreement with results. Statutory rights such as the EU/UK 14-day right apply where the law grants them. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.
