The Anchor
The Anchor is one of the result types you can get on the Signature Strengths test — a free assessment of your identity.
The Signature Strengths test looks at how you show up across Wisdom, Courage, Humanity, Justice, Temperance, Transcendence and Strengths use. You're matched to The Anchor based on how your own answers score across those dimensions on a 0–100 scale — nothing is compared to strangers, and nothing is invented. It reflects a pattern you can work with, not a fixed label or a clinical diagnosis.
The most useful way to understand The Anchor is to see it next to your actual scores. Take the test and you'll get your result plus a personal reading composed from your answers — what's true about you, where the pattern costs you, and concrete steps to work with it.
